Commercial policy

12.1 The online catalog consists of photographic reproductions that are merely indicative of the Products. Indelible Tattoo and Piercing by Basso Yuri guarantees that the Products delivered to the Customer are free of defects.

 

12.2 At the time of delivery the CUSTOMER must verify that the products delivered are in accordance with the order placed and free of defects.

 

12.3 In case of defects of conformity of PRODUCTS the CUSTOMER must immediately contact the SUPPLIER at the e-mail address info@stilettoitalia.it or by registered letter with return receipt which must be sent to the following address: FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER, via Catania 1/H, 46031, Bagnolo San vIto, Mantova.

 

12.4 To the sale of the PRODUCTS, the legal guarantees provided for in Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the CONSUMER CODE apply, therefore:

· the CUSTOMER is entitled to the restoration, free of charge, of the conformity of the good by repair or replacement or to an appropriate reduction of the price or termination of the contract;

· the CUSTOMER lapses from these rights, if he does not report to Indelbile Tattoo and Piercing di Basso Yuri the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the date on which he discovered the defect;

· the action directed to assert the defects not maliciously hidden by Indelible Tattoo and Piercing of Basso Yuri is prescribed, in any case, within twenty-six months of delivery of the property.

 

12.5 The guarantee of conformity and quality of the goods shipped, offered by Indelible Tattoo and Piercing of Low Yuri is strictly limited to the buyer's compensation in the form of a refund, excluding any other indemnities. In particular Indelible Tattoo and Piercing of Low Yuri will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage, due to a defect of the goods.

 

12.6 It is understood that Indelible Tattoo and Piercing of Low Yuri will not take into account the complaints reported beyond the aforementioned terms.

 

12.7 Products that are damaged for misuse, or activities other than those for which they are intended, or negligence will not be subject to refund.

13.1 The information relating to the PRODUCTS provided on the SITE is constantly updated.

 

13.2 However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.

 

13.3 FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been submitted and also to change or update the information at any time without prior notice.

 

13.4 It is without prejudice to the possibility for the buyer to report any errors or inconsistencies found in the on-line catalog by sending an email to info@stilettoitalia.it by expressly inserting the words “ERROR REPORTING” in the subject line and correctly specifying the type of product or service in which the anomaly was found.
