The personal data provided by the CUSTOMER under his sole responsibility are collected, processed and used in order to register on the SITE and to allow the exercise of the commercial activity (order processing, invoicing, etc.) and will in no case be transferred to third parties, in full compliance with current legislation. The processing of data is carried out through computer supports, by specially commissioned subjects. The data are stored in computer archives to which the minimum security measures provided for by the legislator are applied. Personal data may be communicated to the couriers and/or freight forwarders used for the delivery of the Products. The CUSTOMER can at any time access the data concerning him, update them, rectify them, integrate them and, more generally, exercise the rights provided for in Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03. The CUSTOMER may at any time avail himself of the right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of his data and to request its cancellation. The Data Controller of the collection and processing of personal data is Indelible Tattoo and Piercing by Basso Yuri. All intellectual property rights, brand, copyrights, logos and models, will remain the exclusive property of the respective producers of what is marketed by FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER on the SITE.

These GENERAL CONDITIONS are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law. For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution, of these GENERAL CONDITIONS and the purchase orders of the Products, if the CUSTOMER is a Consumer, the territorial competence is that of the place of reference of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer, if located in the territory of the Italian State. In any other case, the court of Mantua will be exclusively competent.
