Conditions of sale

1.1.“ Site" is the website https://stilettoitalia.it, dedicated to the sale of professional material for operators in the sector.

 

1.2.“ Customer” is the entity (natural or legal person) who makes the purchase on the Site.

 

1.3. “FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER” is Indelebile Tattoo & Piercing, with registered office in via Catania 1/H 46031 Bagnolo San Vito (MN) - ITALY

 

1.4. 'Order' is the request form for goods for sale, completed by the Customer through the Site.

 

1.5. 'Products' are the goods offered for sale on the Site, according to the general conditions of sale.

2.1 These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "GENERAL CONDITIONS") are provided by FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER to its customers with a view to transparency and completeness and apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, "PRODUCTS" purchased through the website https://stilettoitalia.it (hereinafter, "SITE"). Indelible Tattoo and Piercing by Basso Yuri may sometimes find itself in the need to modify some provisions of the General Conditions; we therefore invite customers to consult them before each visit to the SITE.

 

2.2 The validation of an Order implies the reading and acceptance of the General Conditions present on the SITE on the date on which the Order is placed. The use of the distance selling service through the SITE is therefore described in these GENERAL CONDITIONS and is reserved for operators in the Piercing and Tattoo sector with a regular tax position (hereinafter, "CUSTOMERS" or the "CUSTOMER").

 

2.3 The language available to conclude the contract is Italian. The contracts concluded with Indelebile Tattoo and Piercing of Basso Yuri through the SITE are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206 (hereinafter "CONSUME CODE") and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, No. 70 (hereinafter, "ECOMMERCE DECREE").

4.1 The price of the PRODUCTS indicated on the Site are expressed in euros and are exclusive of VAT.

 

4.2 Shipping costs are free of charge for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 300 excluding VAT (excluding shipping costs). For orders of less than € 300 excluding VAT, shipping costs amount to € 9.00 including VAT for Italy. For abroad, the shipping costs amount to € 15.00.

 

4.3 Notwithstanding the fact that the price charged to the Customer will be that indicated on the Site on the date on which the Order is executed, FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER reserves the right to change at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice, the price of the Products, shipping costs and any ancillary charges, if any, from time to time present on the Site, without therefore providing any guarantee as to the fact that the sale price of the Products, shipping costs and any ancillary charges, if any, will remain available on the Site or Unchanged for a certain period of time.

5.1 The essential characteristics and prices of the PRODUCTS are set out in the offer for each Product.

 

5.2 The SITE is structured as an on-line catalog that can be freely consulted without the need for prior identification.

 

5.3 For the purpose of purchasing the PRODUCTS, the CUSTOMER is obliged to specify his qualification as an entrepreneur operating in the Piercing and Tattoo sector, through a registration procedure at the end of which he will obtain from the system the assignment of a user identifier and a password with which to access his personal account.

 

5.4 For registration you will be asked to enter the personal data necessary for the identification of the CUSTOMER, as well as the tax data (by way of example C.F., VAT number, date and place of birth, residence and / or domicile) necessary for the correct fulfillment of the tax charges resulting from the commercial transaction that will be stipulated and finally personal data (telephone number, mobile phone, e-mail) in order to allow the receipt of information about the status of the orders and to proceed with the timely cancellation or modification of orders. The CUSTOMER is solely responsible for the veracity and correct entry of the data required for registration.

 

5.5 The processing of the data provided by CUSTOMER is carried out by FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER in compliance with the privacy regulations and can be consulted in advance by consulting the relevant privacy policy, made available on the home page of the site.

 

5.6 The CUSTOMER can proceed with the purchase by inserting the products in the virtual cart, continuing to the “cash register” to make the payment by Pay Pal, Credit Card or bank transfer.

 

5.7 The CUSTOMER must put the PRODUCT in the appropriate "virtual cart" and, after having read the GENERAL CONDITIONS, with particular reference to the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal and the Privacy Policy, must proceed with the payment.

FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER will inform the CUSTOMER of the possible impossibility of accepting the orders received within 30 days starting from the day following that on which the order was transmitted and will reimburse any sums already paid for the payment of the supply.
