Shipping and returns

In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the CONSUMER CODE, the CUSTOMER receives, at the time of the Order, by e-mail, the confirmation of receipt of the Order containing a summary of the essential characteristics of the product ordered, the quantity of the order, its price including any shipping costs, the amount paid and an active link to the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE where you can also view the methods and conditions of the right of withdrawal.

No contract shall be construed as concluded between FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER and the CLIENT. In the event that FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER has reasonable grounds to believe that the CUSTOMER does not operate on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in the purchase of the PRODUCTS ordered, or abusively exercises the right of withdrawal recognized by Article 10 below. In such cases, the order placed by the CUSTOMER must be considered ineffective. FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER will transmit to the CUSTOMER by e-mail, a communication certifying the non-conclusion of the Contract, also taking care of the cancellation of any charge and / or expense borne by the CUSTOMER

9.1 The delivery of the Products purchased by the Customer on the Site is carried out by courier to the shipping address indicated by the Customer in the Order. The compilation of the data necessary for the shipment is carried out directly by the Customer, therefore FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery in case of incorrect indication of the data.

 

9.2 THE PRODUCTS purchased on the SITE will be delivered to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER

 

9.3 The CUSTOMER has in any case the right to request the delivery of the PRODUCTS to a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory.

 

9.4 The signature of an adult over the age of 18 will be required at the time of delivery.

 

9.5 No deliveries will be made to PO boxes and/or to countries outside Europe.

 

9.6 For each order placed on the SITE, FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER issues a courtesy invoice for the goods shipped, sending it by e-mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to D.P.R. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree no. 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the CUSTOMER or at the time of the Order shall be authentic.

 

9.7 No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same.

 

9.8 All purchases will be delivered in ways chosen by FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER.

 

9.9 FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER is not responsible for delays due to force majeure and/or unforeseeable fortuitous cases.

 

9.10 FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER will send the CUSTOMER a confirmation email once the PRODUCTS have been shipped,

 

9.11 Except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous circumstances, the Orders will be processed and delivered to the carrier in a maximum of 10 (ten) working days starting from the day following that on which the CUSTOMER transmitted the Order, unless FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER communicates - within the same period, by e-mail - the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods as a result of the supervening unavailability, even temporary, of the PRODUCTS. In the event of such communication, FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER will reimburse any sums already paid by the CUSTOMER for the payment of the Order

 

9.12 In the event that, in the face of the communication by FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER of a delay in the delivery date due to sudden unavailability of the products, the CUSTOMER wishes to cancel the order, any amount already paid will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case within the bank deadlines.

 

9.13 Products not available: In the event that one or more Products ordered by the Customer are no longer available, it will not be possible to accept the Order for the unavailable Products. In this case, FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER will immediately inform the Customer by e-mail. The customer will be able to confirm the Order exclusively for the products available and in this case the contract will be concluded limited to the Products actually shipped. The Customer will not be able to refuse the partial delivery or payment of the goods actually delivered, nor will he be entitled to obtain compensation or compensation, but only to receive the refund of the price corresponding to the unavailable Product(s), where already paid, it being understood that it is in any case subject to the right of withdrawal to the terms and conditions referred to in the following art. 10. Alternatively, the Customer may request the addition of a product instead of the unavailable product. In this case, if the price of the unavailable product is greater than the product chosen by the Customer, FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER will issue a payment request to the customer in addition to your order and equal to the difference between the unavailable product and the one chosen alternatively by the Customer. If, on the other hand, the price of the product chosen by the Customer as an alternative to the unavailable product is lower than the latter, FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER will refund the difference within 30 working days of the conclusion of the Contract.

 

9.14 The delivery of the Order requires the presence of the CUSTOMER or alternatively a representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the CUSTOMER is required to check that the number of packages in delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or not altered.

 

9.15 Any damage to the package and/or PRODUCTS or mismatch of the number of packages must be immediately contested by means of written reservation of control on the proof of delivery of the COURIER. Once the COURIER document has been signed, the CUSTOMER will not be able to object to any dispute about the external characteristics of the delivered package.

 

9.16 FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER cannot guarantee any taxation regarding delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays due to force majeure or damage reported by the contents of the package during transport.

 

9.17 The Customer guarantees that the personal data provided to FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER a during the registration procedure, or at any other time and/or occasion of his relationship with FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER are complete, truthful and related to the Customer himself and undertakes to hold FEDERICA MASCETTI PROFESSIONAL BODY PIERCER harmless and indemnified from any damage, indemnity obligation and/or penalty arising from and/or in any way related to the violation by the Customer of the guarantee referred to in this article and/or the violation of the rules on registration on the site and/or On the retention of registration credentials.
