Our threaded products are based on APP standards, therefore they are born purely for the American market and are therefore compatible with the major American reference jewelry lines.

However, we have recently noticed that some European brands may not be 100% compatible with our products due to slight tolerances due to their production methods.

At the moment we have only encountered the problem with the 16G (1.2mm) measurement.

However this problem does not make our product faulty or defective but simply does not give a guarantee of compatibility with European-made jewelry even if declared US09 thread.

Notwithstanding that any REALLY faulty or defective products will be replaced, we invite you, in case of doubt,

before proceeding with the purchase of threaded products to contact us to check which brands may have these compatibility problems.
